A landmark initiative presented by Ras Al Khaimah Department of Knowledge in collaboration with Emirates Scholar Center for research and studies, under the theme “Empowering Students of Determination in the Age of AI” designed to empower educators to reshape inclusive education in the age of AI through knowledge, practice, and collaboration.

Ras Al Khaimah Department of Knowledge (RAK DOK) is a government entity established in 2023 by His Highness Sheikh Saud bin Saqr Al Qasimi, UAE Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Ras Al Khaimah. Tasked with the mission of enhancing the quality of education in the Emirate, RAK DOK supports innovation across all educational fields and systems, ensuring students receive high-quality instruction at all stages. This includes private school education, higher education, vocational training, and continuing education programs. RAK DOK is committed to developing an inclusive, world-class education ecosystem that promotes sustainability and innovation, empowers young learners to achieve their full potential, and enriches the community’s quality of life.
Established in 2019, Emirates Scholar Center for Research & Studies (ESRC) stands as the first specialised entity in the United Arab Emirates dedicated to indexing, publishing, and promoting scientific research, abstracts, and studies across diverse academic and professional fields.
Operating under the wise directives of the UAE’s leadership, Emirates Scholar contributes directly to the goals of the UAE Centennial 2071 — a national roadmap to build a knowledge-based, diversified, and sustainable economy led by distinguished Emirati talent. The Center plays a pivotal role in managing, indexing, and disseminating scientific output, organising international conferences, and overseeing regional scientific awards across the Middle East.
Beyond ensuring full compliance with international standards for scholarly publishing and indexing, ESRC is committed to building an environment that cultivates innovation, strengthens the culture of scientific inquiry, and reinforces the UAE’s standing as a global hub for knowledge production, tolerance, and sustainable progress.
