Doctor of Philosophy (Engineering), Research Title "Development Of Replacement Policy To Optimize Fuel Emission And Consumption In Taxi Fleet: Dubai As Case Study" with Master of Engineering Management System (EMS) with concentration on Management, Project Title "Cost Analysis of Maintainability and Replacement Policy at TDDM.
Dr. Yousif' holds a PhD. Degree of Philosophy Engineering from Malaysian Islamic International University in 2012, and M.Sc. Degree in Engineering from The American University in Shariah in 2007. Dr. Yousif is specializes in innovation in the transportation sector and he leads the Innovation Agenda and the Innovation Team for the RTA (2015-2019). At the DTC he leads the development and implementation of major innovation projects, aligned to the Dubai Smart City vision.
