Emirati-Russian psychology dictionary

The launch of this Emirati-Russian psychology dictionary project stems from the emerging scientific need, and within the framework of the future work of Zayed Authority for People of Determination, especially for Arabic and Russian language projects, and by reviewing the scientific research system in both its Arab and foreign parts, it turns out that Arabic and Russian literature lacks a specialized and comprehensive scientific dictionary that covers psychological concepts in the theoretical and practical branches of psychology. This becomes the basis for collaborative scientific cooperation through the exchange of scientific knowledge, skills and cultural experiences. Zayed Authority for People of Determination has the right of academic excellence in producing this first-of-its-kind dictionary in these languages, while the Ural Federal University – recognized in Russia as a university and scientific center for training psychologists – translated and adapted the terms into Russian as part of the cooperation with Zayed Authority for People of Determination Researchers face Translators in the field of psychological sciences have challenges in translating psychological concepts between Arabic and Russian. The dictionary aims to help them overcome these difficulties by acting as a reliable source for translation and research.
