Dialogue and civilized communication help create a society with cultural diversity that is being respected and appreciated, which is part of civilizational and cultural globalization. Heritage and art are generally considered among the tools that all previous civilizations have used to last and continue. It is a mean that shows the limit of progress and development that a society has achieved. Dialogue has a major importance in a world full of struggles and differences, so it has become necessary to find a field for understanding and rapprochement. Out of the role of the Arab Association for Islamic Art and Civilization, out of caring about civilized communication and variable and different cultures. The 10th international conference is being held to achieve the association’s targets in civilized communication and show the bright sides of humane civilizations and societies to declaim more ideas and visions and transfer methods of coexistence with all what they hold of noble and high meanings that have added to humanity more heritage and artistic concepts and manifestations that have contributed in raising the status of the Islamic civilization. Art and heritage are the best ambassadors among cultures as they can surpass barriers of languages, habits, cultures and traditions of peoples and send a message to the world about moderation, respect of the other and equality, with all its various forms such as architecture, sculpting, theatre, music, portraying and literature as art is the third source to understand civilization after religion and philosophy, as religion gives balance inside the human, philosophy inspires vision for life, and art allows communication with other individuals in the society
