Conclusion
The museum sector is witnessing an accelerating evolution towards visitor-centered interactive experiences, which calls for advanced analytical tools to understand the psychological and emotional dimensions of these experiences This research aims to explore the potential of using the GPT dictionary technique, a combination of generative language models (GPT) and specialized psychological dictionaries, to analyze textual data resulting from visitors’ comments, interactive responses, or interviews within the museum Through this technique, accurate psychological indicators can be extracted regarding the impressions, emotions, feelings, and mental associations that visitors form towards exhibits and museum narratives. This approach represents a paradigm shift in the field of preserved audience studies as it allows for the construction of personalized experiences based on AI analysis of psychological data
