The research aimed to analyze the cognitive-psychological profile of The research aimed at analyzing the cognitive-psychological profile of primary school students with non-adaptive use of smartphones in the light of cognitive mental processing competence and psychological prevention traits in order to find cognitive and psychological personality axes that characterize this group, and to verify the research hypotheses, the descriptive method was adopted, and the non-adaptive use scale was used The three research scales were applied to the main research sample, which consisted of (382) male and female students from the sixth grade students for the academic year 2022/2023 at Mohamed Farid Primary School of the Bandar Damanhour Educational Department in the Beheira Governorate.In Beheira Governorate, the sample was divided in terms of the students’ score on the Smartphone Adaptive Use Scale into High Smartphone Adaptive Use, which are the students who obtained high scores on the Smartphone Adaptive Use Scale and their number (103) students with an average age of (12.(75) with a standard deviation of (1.45), and low adaptive use of smartphones are the students who obtained low scores on the adaptive use of smartphones scale and their number (103) students with an average age of (12.32) with a standard deviation of (925.) The most important results of the research: There are statistically significant differences between the mean scores of elementary school students with low-high smartphone use on the cognitive process efficiency scale (planning, attention, simultaneous processing, sequential processing) in the direction of students with low smartphone use, and there are statistically significant differences between the mean scores of elementary school students with low-high smartphone use on the scale of psychological prevention traits (self-control, mindfulness, and determination) and the total score in the direction of students with low smartphone use, and the total score in the direction of students with low smartphone use.
