Abstract
Emerging research highlights the role of neuroinflammation in the development of autism spectrum disorder (ASD), whether from early prenatal origins (classic autism) or postnatal onset (regressive autism). These findings underscore the complex and multisystemic nature of ASD, often manifesting as communication difficulties, sensory sensitivities, and social or behavioral challenges. To effectively address such diversity, autism intervention strategies must be personalized and tailored to each individual’s unique biological profile.
This presentation explores detailed case studies involving children with ASD, showcasing how customized intervention plans targeting the root causes can lead to remarkable outcomes—including one instance of full remission measured through the ATEC score. Core interventions included restoring microbiome balance, detoxification of heavy metals and environmental toxins, immunomodulation, metabolic correction through a nutrigenomics framework, and neuromodulation using advanced techniques like fNIRS neurofeedback and brainwave entrainment. These strategies demonstrate how addressing neuroinflammation and underlying imbalances can significantly enhance autism outcomes.
