Abstract
When A Natural Disaster Occurs, Comprehensive Information Is Often Required For Making Decisions To Respond. This Project Develops A Chatbot For Retrieving And Visualizing Slope Monitoring Data With Simpleness And Correctness To Maximize The Efficiency Of Decision Making. The Chatbot Serves As An Interface For The Decision Makers To Obtain Automatically Integrated Information, Enabling Them To Compare And Interpret The Data Without Making Additional Efforts On Searching For Data. Essential Data For Determining Urgent Evacuation Is Automatically Collected From An In-Situ Slope Monitoring System Connected To The Internet And A Weather Open Data Platform And Visualized By Appropriate Types Of Charts. The Users Interact With The Chatbot By Instant Messaging Applications, Providing Intuitive Content For Users To Utilize.
