Emirates Scholar Honors Dr. Mohammed Al-Ali with the Tolerance Personality Award

Emirates Scholar Center for Research and Studies, subsidiary of Emirates Science and Research Foundation, paid an official visit to the TRENDS Research & Advisory Center. The delegation included Dr. Firas Habbal, President of the Center & Vice chancellor of the Board of Trustees, and Dr. Fawaz Habbal, Director General and Board Member. They were received by Dr. Mohammed Al Ali, CEO of TRENDS, along with many researchers from the center.

During the visit, the delegation presented Dr. Al-Ali with a report of the “2nd International Dialogue of Civilizations and Tolerance Conference 2025” proceedings book—one of the Center’s most prominent recent global Conferences. In addition, Dr. Mohammed Al-Ali was awarded the Personality of Tolerance Award 2025 in recognition of his role in advancing intellectual dialogue and promoting the values of tolerance both locally and internationally.

The two sides highlighted key areas of joint cooperation, including academic publishing, organizing scholarly conferences and knowledge-focused events on local and international levels. They also discussed mechanisms for developing joint research projects that enhance scientific output and support young researchers.

At the conclusion of the visit, Emirates Scholar expressed their appreciation for the warm reception, emphasizing the importance of continued collaboration with TRENDS to advance shared research agendas and produce impactful knowledge that supports decision-makers across the Arab world.
