Emirates Scholar Center for Research and Studies Signs MoU with Emirates Association for the Talent

Abu Dhabi – 9 June 2026

Emirates Scholar Center for Research and Studies and Emirates Association for the Talent signed a Memorandum of Understanding in Abu Dhabi on the sidelines of the 3rd International Dialogue of Civilizations and Tolerance Conference, with the aim of strengthening mutual cooperation, supporting research and knowledge-based initiatives, and fostering the development of national talents.

The agreement was signed by H.E. Ahmed Al Debani Al Nuaimi, Secretary General of Emirates Association for the Talent, and Dr. Firas Nadim Habbal, President of Emirates Scholar Center for Research and Studies, in the presence of Dr. Fawaz Habbal, Director General of Emirates Scholar Center for Research and Studies; Sheikha Dr. Noura Al Shamsi, Member of the Scientific Committee of Emirates Scholar Center and Chairperson of Dubai Talents Council; Mr. Abdullah Saeed Al Zaabi, Board of Trustees Member; Dr. Yousef Al Ali, Board of Trustees Member and Head of the Strategic Committee; and Dr. Alya Al Jassmi, Chairperson of the Abu Dhabi Talents Council, both affiliated with the Emirates Association for the Talent

The MoU aims to strengthen academic and scientific cooperation between the two parties and to unite efforts in supporting scientific research, innovation, and community service, in line with the UAE’s vision of building a knowledge-based economy driven by research and development.

The agreement also seeks to enhance collaboration across research, academic, and professional fields, facilitate the exchange of knowledge and expertise, empower research professionals, and develop the skills of researchers and students. It further aims to strengthen the UAE’s scientific and research competitiveness through publishing, indexing, and the implementation of joint initiatives and activities, creating mutual benefits for both parties and the wider community.
