Emirates Scholar Participates in the 3rd International Scientific Media Conference

Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates – Emirates Scholar Center for Research and Studies, subsidiary of Emirates Science and Research Foundation, is participating in the 3rd International Scientific Media Conference: New Horizons in Digital Content Creation and Data Analysis, organized by Liwa College in collaboration with Abu Dhabi University, and supported by the Office of Research and Sponsored Programs at Abu Dhabi University, taking place from April 23 to 24, 2025.

This conference comes in response to the growing interest in the intersection of artificial intelligence, media, and data analytics. It brings together a distinguished group of researchers, experts, and decision-makers from around the world in the fields of AI, big data, and digital content creation.

During his keynote address, Dr. Fawaz Habbal, Director General of Emirates Scholar, emphasized that:

“Artificial intelligence has shifted from being a supportive tool to becoming a key driver in shaping scientific media. It enables the production of accurate, real-time, and constantly updated knowledge content that reflects the research pulse as it happens”.

He noted that this transformation marks a pivotal step toward a more intelligent and impactful media ecosystem that keeps pace with the continuous progress in research.

The conference takes place at a time when digital transformation in media is accelerating. It discusses nine key themes, including AI-powered media content creation, big data analytics, content personalization and user experience, podcasting technologies, AI ethics, the skills gap between academic education and market needs, and the future of media professions in a smart digital environment.
Through its participation, Emirates Scholar reaffirms its commitment to keeping pace with AI advancements in the media sector and strengthening the UAE’s position as a global hub for knowledge production and a leading platform for scientific dialogue on the future of smart, innovation-driven digital media.
