38th International Symposium on Automation and Robotics in Construction
International Symposium on Automation and Robotics in Construction (ISARC) is a major annual event organized from within the membership of The International Association for Automation and Robotics in Construction (IAARC) Papers presented at ISARC reflect the global community with specific concern for all fields of construction, civil and building engineering, machine automation, robotics applications to construction, information technologies, planning, logistics, and more. Over 100 peer-refereed papers with a unique DOI (Digital Object Identifier) bound into proceedings form a compelling illustration of how the IAARC community continues to march from research towards field implementation.

In line with the plan of merging the Ministries of the Infrastructure Development and Energy and to join the Sheikh Zayed Housing Program and the Federal Land and Maritime Transport Authority to the new Ministry, as well as the needs and aspirations of the community groups, the Ministry of Energy and Infrastructure implements a strategic plan aiming, in its entirety, to organize, develop and enhance the competitiveness of the UAE in the sectors of energy, mining, water resources and land and sea transportation, roads, utilities, housing, building and construction and in investment sustainability, as well as optimizing the partnerships, technology and advanced sciences, in addition to adopting global innovative solutions to improve the quality of the society’s life.
The Emirates Scholar Center for Research and Studies (ESCRS) is an independent center that seeks to enrich public dialogue, and decision support, and to promote academic research related to future trends.
ESCRS was established to take responsibility for research development in the United Arab Emirates and the Arab region. As stated in its founding agreement, our mission is to contribute to the development of scientific research in the United Arab Emirates.
We monitor current and potential trends, unconventional ideas, and impending phenomena that contribute to shaping the future in the short term. especially in the Gulf region, we analyze and evaluate them. In addition, we present perceived alternatives for dealing with trends using advanced methodologies and scholarly activities that engage academics, researchers, and public figures from the UAE and abroad.
