Ruler of Sharjah Reviews the Research Platform of the Emirates Scholar Center for Research & Studies

His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Muhammad Al Qasimi, Member of the Supreme Council and Ruler of Sharjah, this morning inaugurated, in the presence of His Highness Sheikh Sultan bin Ahmed bin Sultan Al Qasimi, Deputy Ruler of Sharjah, the regional headquarters of the Islamic World Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (ICESCO) at the University City in the Emirate of Sharjah.

On the sidelines of the inauguration, His Highness reviewed the Emirates Scholar Platform, an AI-powered research system capable of predicting key topics of future importance for developing studies across ICESCO member states. The platform also tracks trending research topics across countries and ranks Islamic nations based on the number of published studies.
His Highness also received the first issue of the International Journal of Islamic and Cultural Studies, a peer-reviewed scientific journal issued by the Emirates Scholar Center, specializing in Islamic cultural studies and published in both Arabic and English.
