Abu Dhabi to host the 34th Euro-Arab Medical Congress for the first time

Abu Dhabi will host the 34th Euro-Arab Medical Congress (EAMC) from December 11-13 for the first time in the UAE capital. The conference aims to showcase the latest medical technologies and innovative health practices, and explore the latest developments in medical research. Abu Dhabi’s hosting of this conference reflects its excellence in organizing major international events, placing the emirate at the center of events that will shape the future of medical research and practice.
The 34th Arab-European Medical Congress aims to be a platform for fostering collaboration and knowledge exchange between healthcare leaders, researchers and practitioners from Europe and the Arab world. The conference brings together around 50 speakers from various medical specialties, more than 20 workshops, and more than 100 scientific research papers.
The 34th Arab-European Medical Congress also highlights the latest technologies and innovative means in medicine and scientific research, including artificial intelligence applications, and the best medical care practices offered around the world, providing a space to explore the future of healthcare.
The conference was announced and a memorandum of understanding was signed between Dr. Firas Nadim Habbal, President of the Emirates Researchers Center for Research and Studies and Vice Chairman of the Board of Trustees, and Dr. Fidhi Mahmoud, President of the Union of Arab Doctors in Germany, in the presence of Dr. Fawaz Nadim Habbal, Secretary General and member of the Board of Trustees of the Center, and Dr. Osama Al-Bibli, Executive Representative of the Union, in addition to a number of senior officials from both sides.
Commenting on this landmark step, Dr. Firas Habal said that Abu Dhabi’s hosting of the 34th Euro-Arab Medical Congress reflects the UAE’s commitment to facilitating international cooperation in enhancing the level of healthcare and achieving leadership in the medical sector at the local and global levels. He added that the move reinforces Abu Dhabi’s position as a global center of medical excellence and underscores its full commitment to advancing healthcare and providing innovative medical solutions to the global community.
For his part, Dr. Fidhi Mahmoud expressed his happiness to hold the 34th Euro-Arab Medical Congress in Abu Dhabi, stressing that the capital will continue to be a beacon and a leading center for doctors from all over the world. He added that he is fully confident that this collaboration will contribute to achieving the common goals of the Federation of Arab Doctors in Europe and the UAE Research Center, and will enhance their status as prestigious research centers
